Qualia Mind is a very popular nootropic stack that supports multiple brain functions with its’ rich list of ingredients. The list of ingredients is large and is based on science, which is appealing. In my opinion, the number of ingredients is too high, so the product will not suffer if to remove a few. Additionally, the recommended dosage of 7 capsules is way too many: it takes time to swallow, and it is not pleasant after the 5th capsule even if you swallow two at a time. Qualia Mind is expensive, but it is also good. Overall, it is decent. If you want to try out Qualia Mind, use discount code: EVOLUTIONHACKER.
Qualia Mind is a popular nootropic stack that has lots of ingredients and great marketing. I personally chose the caffeine free version, because it is healthier and does not give you the caffeine crash that typically comes after coffee in an hour or two. However, I wrongly received the version with caffeine, and their support was kind to send me the caffeine free version as well, which I will be reviewing soon.
The cheapest option to buy Qualia Mind is to subscribe and get a 50% discount on the first shipment. I bought mine for 69$. The second shipment will cost you 119$, which is a lot. However, if to think of the size of the bottle that you are getting (154 capsules, 22 servings * 7 capsules), this suddenly does not seem too much. Another argument is the additional efficiency gains at work due to the benefits of nootropics, which is usually a good investment. It is pricey, but the good stuff is never cheap.
I am located in Europe, so since Qualia ships from the United States, I had to wait for about 1.5-2 weeks to get the product. I accidentally entered an incorrect address, so my first shipment was returned back to sender. This was irritating, but Qualia’s support is quick, so with no questions asked, I got shipped a replacement package that arrived to my local post office with no more adventures.
This bottle is big! I looks more like a small jar of protein powder, but it looks good. The design is nice and suitable, as is always with Qualia products. I received a box with a bottle and a flyer in it. All good.
Qualia Mind has probably the most ingredients out of all available stacks on the market. It gives a comprehensive coverage in terms of vitamins, adaptogens, antioxidants, and amino acids needed for good mental performance. On top of that it gives you choline and nootropics compounds. What is very appealing is that the efficacy of Qualia Mind is based on science, and Qulia positions itself as being very much science-based.
|Type of compound||Ingredients|
|Nootropic compounds||Huperzine A|
Celastrus Paniculatus Seed Extract
B1, B3, B5, B6, B12
DHA (as Docosahexenoic Acid from Algae)
|Adaptogens||Artichoke Stem and Leaf Extract|
Bacopa monnieri Leaf Extract
Coleus forskohlii Root
Ginkgo biloba Leaf Extract
Mucuna pruriens Seed
Rhodiola rosea Root
Having used nootropics for multiple years now, I can say that Qualia Mind is a really decent stack in terms of its ingredients that supports effectively all major brain functions. However, such number of ingredients seems a bit too much, as cutting some of the adaptogens, and one of the choline sources will not make much of a difference at the end.
Here comes a surprise: the suggested daily dosage is 7 (seven) capsules. Seven, Carl! This is by far on high end for any average person, and so it was for me. Already on my first day of using Qualia Mind, I felt that it just takes too much time to swallow them all, and not many people enjoy this process in general. As it turned out, 7 capsules was a bit too high for me, so I scaled down to 5, which seems perfect in terms of efficacy.
Qualia Mind is based on science, so here is a link to all the research: https://neurohacker.com/qualia-mind-pilot-study
My personal experience is that Qualia Mind gives you clarity, and makes the mind work faster. Short-term memory and recall are definitely improved as well. While taking Qualia, I did not feel the “buzz” as with Mindlab Pro (see review), but I felt just clarity, and this was better, because it was not stimulating, but rather supporting the work of the brain. For long-term brain health and good performance, it is important not to overstimulate it, because after any stimulation comes the crash, so this is what you actually need for the long run.
I did not encounter any significant side effects, except that the dosage of 7 capsules proved to be too high, so I had to go down to 4-5 capsules instead per day. On a normal dose, I feel overstimulated and not able to focus properly, as my brain enters the stage, where it works too much too quick, and this is not a good thing. Something similar to the way you feel after your 4th cup of coffee at 2 a.m.
